1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jlix Casino ("jlix", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlix.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering your jlix account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. jlix reserves the right to verify any registration information at any time and to request supporting documentation for that verification.

3 Account Rules and Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active jlix account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, different mobile numbers, different devices, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jlix employs automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, jlix reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlix account login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. jlix will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jlix support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jlix operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm player identity and age before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a passport, Social Security System (SSS) card, Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) card, driver's license, or Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) card. jlix may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including withdrawal holds.

3.4 Account Inactivity

A jlix account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jlix will notify you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlix accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) except USDT TRC20, which is converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. jlix does not accept cash deposits, third-party payment transfers, or payments from accounts not registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and player account tier. Current limits are published on the jlix Cashier page and are subject to change. Higher withdrawal limits are available to VIP-tier players. jlix reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large transactions in line with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified jlix accounts are processed as promptly as possible, with an average processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals during regular operating hours. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during high-volume periods, national holidays, or when additional verification is required. jlix does not artificially delay withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified jlix account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jlix maintains strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. jlix reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in transaction delays or account holds. jlix will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jlix offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded to a jlix account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be requested for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, table games, and other specified categories may contribute at reduced rates as detailed in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlix reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing bets that cover all or most outcomes to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements (also known as "hedge betting"), or exploiting software errors or glitches to derive an unfair advantage from a bonus offer.

6 Gameplay, Fairness, and Technical Issues

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the jlix platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or live dealer streams sourced from reputable third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any action or system operated by jlix. jlix does not manipulate game results.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during active gameplay, jlix will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. However, jlix reserves the right to void affected game rounds where a technical failure has compromised the integrity of the outcome. Malfunction voids all plays and pays. jlix is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside of its reasonable control, including failures in third-party game provider systems or player internet connectivity issues.

6.3 Interrupted Sessions

If your connection is interrupted during a live casino game or slot session, jlix's systems will record the last confirmed game state. Where possible, the game session will be restored upon reconnection. For games that cannot be restored, bets in play at the time of interruption will be settled according to the recorded game state or returned to your balance where settlement is not possible.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlix platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one jlix account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using the jlix platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs in games or the platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with normal gameplay;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Funding your jlix account from payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests in bad faith;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlix support staff or other players;
• Any conduct that jlix determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be dishonest, harmful, or damaging to the platform, other players, or the reputation of jlix.

8 Responsible Gaming

jlix is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity.

8.1 Age Verification and Minor Protection

jlix strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to register or play on the jlix platform. If you are aware of a minor accessing the jlix platform, please contact jlix support immediately.

8.2 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlix account holders at no cost and can be activated from your account settings:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlix platform — including but not limited to the jlix brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data, and audio-visual elements — is the property of jlix Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlix platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlix content without prior written permission from jlix.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jlix platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and service interruptions, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

jlix's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlix account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jlix's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by jlix's own actions, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jlix account at any time by contacting jlix customer support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the date of closure.

11.2 Closure by jlix

jlix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions. Where an account is closed due to a breach by you, jlix may withhold your balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for commercial or regulatory reasons not arising from any fault on your part, jlix will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and jlix, you agree to first attempt resolution through jlix's internal complaints process by contacting jlix customer support. jlix aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts for final resolution.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jlix reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlix will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms at jlix.cam/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the jlix platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the jlix platform and may close your account.
